First Aid at Work (FAW) is a comprehensive three-day qualification suitable for various workplaces. It covers essential life-saving skills, including handling serious emergencies. On the other hand, the Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course is a one-day training option designed for low-risk workplaces, providing fundamental first aid knowledge. Both qualifications play a crucial role in ensuring immediate assistance and legal compliance with the HSE’s Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.
